2010 | 2012 Distributions

An important part of the range wide conservation planning process is documenting current knowledge regarding the distribution and status of cheetah and African wild dog within their known historical range. Maps are continually updated and the maps here indicate the state of knowledge in 2010-2012 regarding the distribution of those two species.

Please note that Range Wide Conservation Program is continually collecting new data to inform these maps; we will update the maps regularly so we recommend that you check back regularly for the latest versions.
